Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $30. Flat shipping charge of $8.95 for any order below $20, and $12.95 for any order between $20 and $30. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS and expected delivery is between 3 to 7 business days from the date of the order. Pls email us if you have any questions: customerservice@khataland.com

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and services. And we understand occasionally, you may need to return or exchange a product. So we offer an easy 30 day return/exchange policy.

Customers can return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase (i.e. the date the order is entered.) Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. All shipping charges for the original order are not refunded.

In order to process a return/exchange, we must receive the following:

1) Returned merchandise in unused, clean condition with original packaging and original hangtag attached.

2) Proof of purchase (i.e. sales invoice or order receipt)

3) Return authorization form (to obtain the return authorization form, please email:  customerservice@khataland.com

Upon processing the completed return order, we will issue refund to you either through your original method of payment or a check within 7 business days.

Upon processing the completed exchange order (usually within 7 business days), we will ship your exchanged item free of charge if you live in the continental U.S. within 7 business days.  If you live outside of our free shipping area, a shipping charge will be calculated and charged to your original method of payment with your consent on the return authorization form.

Khataland is not responsible for the shipping charges of returned merchandise and will not be held liable for returned packages lost in transit. We recommend you insure your package and/or use a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
